In Arbometa you can use fields of many different types in the nodes. Text fields, selectboxes, radio buttons, multi select, checkboxes, numbers of different types etc. In the following example you can see some of them. There are also fields for images or files. If in your project you will need a more specific field type, that isn't predefined, it can be added manually.

There are some field types with fixed options - selectboxes, radio buttons, multi select. For these types you need to decide where their options should come from. One opportunity is, that they are predefined. Another one - that they come from some other node. For example, if you have a node, that contains countries, then somewhere else in the system you can add a selectbox "Country" and define, that options for this selectbox come from that node.

How we made this example

1. We've created a node "Orders" with following fields: description, technologies, name, customer type, company, country, e-mail, phone, discount and some technical fields. How to create a node.
2. For field types with fixed options (like country or customer type) we had to insert these options manually.
3. Added a preview of grid type to the node.
4. Automatically generated programming code.
