In Arbometa treemap is a preview action for a node. If you don't understand, what we are talking about, please check our about page.
How we made this example
- We've created a node "Gas production" with 3 fields: country, year and amount. How to create a node.
- Added a preview of treemap chart type to the node.
- Added a year filter to the preview (filters explained).
- We had a file with data in CSV format (CSV format represents data as a table - you can open it in Excel, for example). Every row in the file contained information about produced gas amount per country per year.
- Created an import (imports explained).
- Automatically generated programming code.
- Imported data from the file.
